Parking
Public parking
There are sufficient public parking spaces around the house. From Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. there is a short-term parking zone in Vienna, but with a car card from the hotel in conjunction with a day parking permit you can park at a reduced rate of € 4.10 per day . We would be happy to help you with your journey.
Private parking
The hotel also has private parking spaces in our courtyard, which we are happy to reserve (subject to availability) for a daily fee of € 25,00 for you.
Check-in/Check-out
Your room will be ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, your room will be available to you until 12 p.m.
Late Check-In
After 10 p.m. late self-check-in is possible (online check-in, key safe with code transmission).
Breakfast
Our rich breakfast buffet is included in most room rates.
For all rates without breakfast, you are welcome to book our breakfast buffet at any time,

Restaurant
Our in-house traditional restaurant reflects typical Viennese hospitality and cosiness with its pine wood parlors and offers not only typical Viennese and Austrian cuisine but also international specialties.
The restaurant is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m..

Payment
In addition to cash payments, all common debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Amex and JCB are accepted.
Pets
Upon request, your pet is welcome in our house and can stay overnight free of charge; we reserve the right to charge a fee in individual cases.
We are happy to provide food for your pet for a fee.
WIFI
Our High Speed WiFi connection is available to you free of charge throughout the entire hotel and restaurant area.
Tickets
You are welcome to purchase single tickets for public transport in our building or we will be happy to arrange any type of ticket for you upon request.

The heart of Vienna with all its famous sights can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus and subway. We would be happy to provide you with detailed information at our reception.
